Quick little report of the berry.

Fishing from about 7am till 11am. Very slow, missed a few small bites when we first started. Then from about 9:30 till 10:30 it just turned on for us. Not sure if we found the kokes, right gear or what. But in that hour we boated 4 nice size kokes, and one cutt in the slot.

Purple/pink worked best, and just pink. About 20-25' down.

Kokes were in the 17" range. Biggest one just over 18" and about 3 1/4lbs.

Odd thing is, didn't mark much of anything on the fish finder.

Thanks for the update. It seems that it has been a little slower there so far this year. I went out there couple weeks ago and couldn’t find the Cokenee then.

We went up over the weekend as well. Same result. Stayed on soldier creek, caught a 4.5 lb cut on a pink squid! One Koke later in the day, and lots of smaller cuts. Wasn’t picking up much on the sonar. I’ll be back up there on Thursday and Friday so hopefully we will get into some more fish then!
