Went out to benson last night. Had a good night. Caught a skinny 27" cat. My oldest daughter lost a good one close to shore. And my girlfriend caught a 29" and a 29.5" and lots of the usual bullhead bites. Need to have her join the site so she can join the contest next year. She's at 29",29",and 29.5" so far this year.

So I did get your girlfriend signed up, but to be fair we can't count the fish she caught before she signed up, but everything from here forward is good to go... Wish I could find that size fish now... I went out and didn't even catch a mudcat... Took the relatives and they nailed a bunch of mudcats and small channels, but nothing for me... Thanks for getting her signed up. Ya we knew none of her previous fish would count. It was after she realized she was beating my pretty good that she said how come I'm not signed up in the contest. I told her thwn to join the sight and sign up. Now we just gotta catch some more.

That's awesome. I went out Saturday and couldn't keep the 8" channels off the hook. I'll bet I caught 40 of them. But then I only had worms for bait.
