We can only hope it’s true! Based on the webcam from the scout camp, it’s definitely capped.

I was there on Sunday and Monday. Yes there is fish-able ice....... use caution ice was 6" in spots 4" in others and 1.5" in others. there was no snow on the ice so you could see the ice changes now with snow you could get into some trouble. Madison is your safest bet that i went to. I will also say this..... Sunday night we spent the night on the ice and it was -12' so what was 1.5" could be 3-4 now. So just be careful of where you are at. [signature]
