I have Friday off and am itching to get out on the ice. I live in Spanish Fork and would be traveling through Provo Canyon to some lake to the north. I could swing through Salt Lake, instead. Please PM me if you are interested in sharing a trip.

I drove by jordanelle today on my way to and from strawberry, I read reports just the other day of people ice fishing by the boat ramp but it looked to me as if the whole lake is still open water.

Thanks for that report. I think that the Rock Cliff arm is the only part that is ready to fish. If it isn't, we can go on to one of the other lakes in the area.
