Still struggling with getting a consistent summer bite. Had my dad in town over the weekend. Friday was tough, had trouble locating any fish deep. Moved up a bit shallower where grass was breaking the surface and fishing in it and outside edges - got a 5lb largemouth on a swimbait, then a 6lb on a spook (My biggest on the lake to date). Only boated two other dinks.<br /><br />Saturday was tough too, two fish, one was 3lb on a frog one was a dink.<br /><br />I&#39;m thinking I just need to spend a lot more time idling and looking for ledges with structure.
