Utah Lake non report

Visited the Utah State Park harbor this afternoon. I found about 1/2" of ice covering the marina. I tried making a few casts off of the handicapped dock and in the Provo River and I think I almost got a bite, but I'm not sure. I talked to a few other anglers and they were also having no luck. One guy said that he had been doing well in the Lindon Boat Harbor but had no success there today.

Watched them break the DNR boat free from its dock and get it on its trailer.

Thanks for the report. Hopefully, the ice will be thicker by the weekend. I am planning to go after some crappies and perch Saturday morning.

I have been watching but I missed it breaking ice, surprised they left it in there that long.

Guess I could say thanks for not reporting. Let me know when the ice is safe and the wb are in. Still need to knock them off my list
