How is the road to Strawberry Marina?

I'm wondering what the road conditon is like going in to the main marina? How about the Mud creek turn off?

The marina is the one that clears the road, and this year they are charging a fee to use it.  Because of that, the road is awesome, but I think it cost  $10 or $12 dollars.  I don't know about the Mud Creek turn off.

The fee has been reported on here before as being $12.
