Using Bait Thread Will Increase Your Hook-Ups!

Using Bait Thread Will Save Money Buying Bait & Time Re-Baiting!

Using bait thread will help keep your bait on the hook longer. In the absence of predators the "little" fish to crabs will make short work of your bait. Using stretchable nylon bait thread will help to keep your baited leader viable for a possible strike longer. This will save you money on buying bait. You won't have to change bait as often. And will increase the likelihood of a possible strike if there's a visible bait still on the hook. This is how i bait my leaders. Good luck to allSmile

We use Stretchy String or Magic Thread, all the time, to hold on pickled herring, when we fish for sturgeon.
