Can anybody tell me about Saratoga's conditions?

My uncle was out there last night, and he didn't get anything. Not a bite! He said it's gone WAY down hill since we were last out there. Really sucks!

Float tube up from the Jordan. He said it was kind of hard to get out there, and then didn't get anything. It'll be a year out there. Usually we can atleast nail mudders. He couldn't buy a bite. Said it really wasn't worth the trip.
