Flaming Gorge Ice Out ?

Can you get a boat on Flaming Gorge anywhere yet? I realize Buckboard is probably still locked in ice, but what about Lucerne or Cedar Springs? When would you expect the ice to go off in the Buckboard - Anvil Draw area?? I'm ready for some open water!!!

I just spent Saturday and Sunday at the FG,, got back last night, lots of ice left from Linwood bay northward with lil open water other than just at the shoreline. I didnt go farther south so I cant help you in that direaction, sorry.
