I think it took over the Spiral Honey Ham building near Best Buy.  I would like to give it a go and soon.  Would LOVE to have some GOOD BBQ.

Yes, that's the exact location. We went yesterday and hit it right when they opened, I was very surprised at how quick they got our order ready and it was some good food !

Agreed, that was why we waited a week or more since it opened and we were hoping since it was a Sunday, there would be less folks but there was good amount of folks there. Most of the week it opens earlier but on Sunday it does not open until 11:30 am
