Yuba late report
#1
Took my father in laws boat to Yuba and we did great on the wipers. We couldn't keep them off or lines . We were  getting some good sized ones . We ended up with 24 wipers between my son and my FIL.  We kept 3 to eat. We did catch a 15 inch musky that had a bite mark on his back. The walleye bite was off but we ended up with one 18 inches. My FIL brought a tiny rod and of course we hook the biggest fish of the day. My son worked him slowly to the boat and then he made a run and broke the rod in half . Over all it was a great day . We fished from 830 to 1pm . No pics this trip unfortunately we were busy with doubles and triple fish on .

I spent a day at Yuba in June and got a few wiper and perch and some carp. No eyes or or pike. Sounds like it's picking up a little. Thanks for the report!

Chartreuse rapala and a orange and black rapala. I caught them on bottom bouncers with green and red blades . They were 10 feet down to a few feet off the bottom.

A buddy and I just got back.
Seven small Wipers, one small Smallie, and one pretty decent Channel.

Thanks for the reports, Ceasar and Shane. Guess the days of catching lots of eyes there are all over there.

Wanna see something Sad……deepest water was 24’ out in front of the State Park by the dam.
Sadly I think Yuba, Powell, and GSL will never see consistent high water ever again.
Too many straws in the cup with more straws on the way.
Bummer.

I've seen it that low a few time, Sad for sure but at least the cats are still there, even if the eye population isn't doing that good.
