Time of Day for Cats

Hey fellow board members, I wanted to put a general post out there to see when are you having your best luck with Cats right now......morning, day, evening or late night?

evening, right before sundown till dark

yep, evening right before sun down.I have not been night fishing yet this year so I don't no how the night bite is.

I went out last night.. Muddies were biting fairly steady when I started about 5pm and the channels started picking up about an hour before dark. It settled down just after dark for 45 minutes or so then turned on again for about two hours..

During the hot months I start fishing for big Cats after 9pm and often fish untill 9 or 10am.

Thanks a lot. I am thinking about going to hit the Jordan this evening around 6:30 or 7 to see what kind of luck i can have down on the Jordan.
