hello all



just moved to slc last fall. been reading the board for about 6 weeks. looking forward to some fishing. moved here from new mexico and there's not much water there..so didn't get to fish much []

trout mostly....lived in Oregon for 5 years and feel in love with catch brookies and rainbows on ultralight tackle.

from what i've read, the trout here are much bigger! [cool]

biggiest brookie i ever caught in oregon was 15 inches

gonna try some ice fishing next winter...sounds fun

well my maps are downloaded and printed..headed to strawberry for the first time!

Actually 15" is still a big Brookie here with a few exceptions and yes ice fishing is a blast.
