Curing eggs
#1
What your favorite egg curing recipe? I've never went through the process before, but recently caught a rainbow that over filled a 8oz cup full of them (loose eggs) not roe. I let them soak in salt and suger for about 2 hours, then dried and let them sit in the fridge all night and they came out pretty good without using any borax, of course I haven't tried using them yet.

I had a bag full of brown trout eggs from last fall that I just threw in the freezer. I thawed them out and they stayed on the hook great. Didnt catch anything on them but it seemed to work. They werent loose eggs though either so that might make a big differance. Good fishing, matt
