Got there about 9am started out with a worm and bobber got a hit but missed it.Met hellsangler there he showed up a little while after us.He did pretty good there.My brotherin law caught about a 4lb channel and a mudcat.I ended up catching a mudcat with a silver and black spinner.I talked to a few people and they all said the same thing the fishing was fast early in the morning then after 8am it just died.One guy had about 5 large cats and a carp and he said he caught them on shrimp on the bottom.And very early.Hellsangler left and we did about a half hour after him and no bites.No one seemed to be getting any.The water was cold maybe that front shut them down.

It was about the same this morning with the early morning being best . I was still hooking a few at 10:00am but left then . I hooked a lot more cats today . Went to where I meet you and had the place to myself for most of the morning . It was nice meeting you , great to see the young ones out fishing . I wish I could get mine to go . Had a couple nice fish break off after they went into the rocks before the sun come up .

Glad you had luck today.We stayed for about an hour after you left but no luck.The wind picked up and it was so bad so we left. Lincoln beach is a really good place to fish i have always had luck there.Did you fish the same spot? Next time i will fish the spot a little west of there.That little channel about 30 feet out always holds fish.Me and my daughter caught about 60 white bass there last fall in about 2 hours time.We also caught some channels there.Never caught a walleye out of utah lake yet but i am hoping that will change this year.

Yes it was lincoln beach.Have you ever been there?Fishing has been great the last 3 weeks .

I have been there. Not this year though. I am itchin to get down there though. I want some white bass. A few fatcats would be nice as well.
