Settlement and Vernon are usually good for planters. Vernon also holds some nice browns mainly upstream from the reservoir.
Grantsville res. holds bigger fish, some really nice browns 5+ pounds. Other anglers have good success here, I myself have only caught a dink rainbow out of there. My brother told me about a month ago they were catching the browns by getting out in the middle, deeper areas of the res and dropping a worm to the bottom. So if you have a tube/toon/boat you may want to give it a shot.
There's also Rainbow res. out by the incinerator. I have never fished here but a few years back they were pulling alot of 4-8# bows. I belive they were planted that big because the reservoir itself is small. But then it was hit with whirling disease and I belive it was poisoned to clean that up haven't heard anything recently about it.
There are several little streams with bows, brooks, and browns but they don't get to big, a 13" would be considered a whopper.
Just a note if you plan on taking a boat Granstville and Vernon allow electric motors only. Settlement no water craft of any kind allowed.

sounds good thanks for the info. Do you know if there are any bass or panfish in any of those lakes as well. I like to fish for both trout and other species when I can,

No bass or panfish in any of the reservoirs that I mentioned, there are some in the Millpond and Stansbury golf course ponds but they these are private waters so you have to live there or know someone who does or have written permission. They have Bass, Carp, Cats, and Bluegill. It was an excellent place to bow fish for carp but now it illegal.
