Flamming Gorge Bass Fishing?

Plan on going to Flamming Gorge bass fishing this weekend. How is the large/smallmouth fishing? Any certain area better than another?

I FISHED FIRE HOLE IN WYOMING IT WAS PRETTY GOOD THERE BUT THAT IS THE ONLY PLACE ON THE GORGE I HAVE FISHED IN A LONG TIME

the key to finding bass is on the gorge is structure,fish the shore line looking for rocks and a change in the conture of the bottom.i watched dougie miller sat nite,he was catching bass on the gorge,and this was his tip.i figure if ole doug can catch them any body can.

I was there a week ago. The smallies where shallow and holding close to structure that has access to deep water close by. Hit the rock slides!
