echo cattin questions..

i have never fished echo for cats, and i want to know if there are good numbers in there, i also want to know where to fish and what to use. i am really interested in fishing for some kittys close to home, but i have never caught a cat out of willard bigger than 2 or 3 pounds. any info on cats in there is helpfull as well. thanks in advance.
