pump house questions

when u guys talk about fishing the pump house, where do u fish?i cant seem to find reel good access there. and has anyone fished for cats above the pump house? i treid there a few weeks ago and the current was strong, but i did catch a bunch of white bass on cutbait. where are good areas to fish in the lehi area?

I've only been down there twice this summer and didn't do that well either time. all we caught were small cats' well we did get one that was about 5 lbs. I normaly fish about half way between the pump house and SR 73.

which road is sr 73? is it the one right below the pump house or is it the main road that crosses the river near the willows. also what baits work the best on this section of river? i normally use carp meat or chubs, also i know that there are some huge cats down there but i dont know where to find them in this river. any info anyone can give on locations, in this river is extremly help full,

SR 73 is the road that runs from Lehi to Eagle mtn. (the stop light by smiths). I will usualy take 4 baits carp meat shrimp worms chicken livers. carp and chicken liver are generaly the best producers. There is a road just maybe 50 yds east of the bridge I turn in there and park, then walk south on the parkway trail about 1/2 to 3/4 mile. I will pull a wagon to carry my gear or you can take a small boat, but it is hard to launch.
