I don't know if anyone knows where Dark Canyon Lake is or not, but you go about 20 miles out of Moab after going through town. Then you head up the mountain about ten miles or so. We went up with my wife's uncle and spent the past four days camping, 4 wheeling, scouting for the hunt later in the month and most importantly "fishing". The elevation up there is between 10,000 and 11,000 feet. We got blasted with snow on Saturday afternoon and all through the night Saturday night. It was crazy and it was "COLD" up there. Until yesterday. Yesterday it warmed up and the snow pretty much melted. We took our pontunes up to the lake and spent most of the day on Sunday on the water. I'll be posting a picture of me and my brother in law holding a stringer loaded with bows. It was great. We were catching them on a nightcrawler tipped with salmon eggs. We tore them up. I'll post the pictures hopefully later tonight.
