Caesar Salad

Prep: 5 min. [ul] [li]1 lb. Romaine lettuce, chopped [li]1/4 cup Caesar dressing [li]1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice [li]1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese [li]1/2 cup croutons[/li][/ul]
Combine lettuce and dressing in a bowl. Add lemon juice, Parmesan and pepper to taste. Toss. Add croutons just before serving and toss.
