E-lake 9/25 sat
#1
Well we got to e-lake about 230pm fished till 630 .Fishing was nonstop! They were in a feeding mood sat. They took worms and marshmellow on the bottom and top.The rainbows were eating all the minnows i cast out.Bruce my son decided to throw all my frozen minnows out and feed the fish and then he threw my minnow trap and lost it!Anyone looking to adopt a 5 year old? [Tongue] Well we ended up catching fish on spoons with red on them.We kept a few fish for dinner and released several. The usual cutts were long and skinny but thr bows were fat !We decided to go to scofield to see what the conditions were there and the water was extremely low! There were some people fishing on shore and quite afew boats out there too.One guy i talked to said the he caught a coupleof fish and other people were having the same success from shore. Then we left for lincoln beach and when we got there it started to get dark and very windy so we just left for home.I was hoping the wind wasnt that bad so we could at least try for some eyes or cats.Going to try it after work this week maybe tuesday to see if i can catch a walleye !

Great report ocean! Too bad about your minnow trap though. I guess that gives you an excuse to go to the local sporting goods store! Good luck on your next trip out.

If you left Electric Lake at 6:30 PM, drove to Scofield and visited with some folks, and then made it to Utah Lake just as it was getting dark your fishing vehicle must be a Lear Jet!

[cool]Sounds like E-Lake was the place to be for Troutski's this weekend, but it's also nice to hear that Scofield is slowly starting to pick up. Can't wait to ice-fish that bad boy after Thanksgiving. Depending on how busy I am, I think I might organize (or help organize) the first BFT ice party of the season for up there!
