echo report 12-5-04

i stopped by echo yesterday and checked the ice. there is still a big spot of open water down from the pull out off of the interstate and a few holes down by the dam that the ducks and geese where floating in. the rest of the lake was frozen but was only about 1" inch thick. pray for some more cold weather and maybe we'll be fishing it before christmas.

[cool]Thanks for the report. Those pictures of the frozen water that tubedude posted of Echo, and your comments really get me excited for this season on the ice at Echo and Rockport. Can't wait to get into them big perchies!!
