mile marker 47

Has anyone tried mile marker 47 at strawberry?

Zack, welcome to BFT. Many of us on BFT are quite familiar with Strawberry, but not by mile post markers. If you can give some landmark descriptions of where mile marker 47 is located you have a better chance of getting some responses.

You stay on I40 and its not to far past the ladders, its a little dirt road that heads down to the lake.

I know the spot you asking about but havent heard any good reports coming out of that area lately. I did heard of a couple goodin's coming from just east of there and caught on the big guns tho', but that was before the big snows..

I kind of figured that was the case because I fish there frequently due to a smaller crowd but never catch more than five with four probably being the average, usually in the slot. I usually only fish for about four hours.Thanks for the reply
