Strawberry Friday

Hey, I'm planning on heading to Strawberry friday with my newly retired dad (I think I mentioned this in another thread). Problem is that I sold my Bronco and haven't gotten a replacement yet (stock market sucks right now and I'm depending on stocks).
Anyway, I'm probably just going to get a classic 70s ford hi-boy but until them I'm stuck with going in either a 2wd Nissan truck or a 2wd beast of a chevy van.
Question is, how are the roads and parking lots up there? Am I going to be able to get in and get out without getting stuck?
Also, what's the current word on snow and slush on the ice? Any final hints on where to take my dad to celebrate that we can actually catch a good # of fish?

Depending on weather conditions usually the Marina, the ladders, ECC, etc.. access roads and parking areas are pretty well maintained and I wouldnt avoid driving my 2 wheel drive. But as some can testify, I might try and drive it anywhere to ice fish!

We were at Strawberry Saterday. The roads into the marina were not only plowed they were dry. I would not hesitate to drive a 2wd to the berry. Altough it looks like the weather has changed today, so it may be a different story by tomorrow.Good luck fishin.
