Well in my continue desire to figure out how in the world to get utah lake walleyes to bite (never have) hence the nick name related to catfishin, I was wondering has anyone ever tried a curl tail jog under a big bobber in the infamouse Utah lake choppy water ? Almost seems like that would give the continued jig action only in a sustained location to some degree ????[crazy]

I never try that but I catched walleyes in Utah Lake by bait fish use jig and lures. About walleye is you have to have right stuff, right time and right spot you can catch them with bait like white bass, carp meat and minnows this you don't need skill just cast it out and wait only thing you need to know is good spot. If you use jig and lures it is required more skill when you retrieve your lures. I think use jig and bobber will work too if you hook with a minnows , a piece of white bass or carp meat . If you need help let me know

I did try this at strawberry. It didn't work when I was not moving, but I tried trolling slowly with it, and it worked great!
