It's worth what ever you can sell it for. I bought an older 16.5ft Starcraft that has a 65hp Merc, aluminum hull but was having throttle problems, it too has a tilt trail. It needed new seats and some interior work and I paid $1,500 mainly because it was aluminum and a lot lighter than fiberglas. Good luck on selling your boat. WH2
