boyz day out!!(where should I take 'em)

Well after takin' the wife out for a nice dinner thursday(maddox/brigham city) I managed to earn myself a saturday kitchen pass. I wanna take the kids(collin/5 yrs and braxton/4yrs) out for a little spring fishing but I must admit I'm not sure where to take 'em that they might actually have a decent chance. Has anyone been hitting any of the "community waters" and had any succes? I would love to see these kids catch something and don't really care about species,size,etc... (even a carp would satisfy[unsure])

Any advice is appreciated in advance!

Most of the ponds have not been planted for the season yet.
You may want to try an open water lake, but Rockport will still be good for perch and trout. Echo has a lot of open water. Have fun with the boyz, DKS.
