Kolob Reservoir

Has anyone been down t Kolob yet? Is the access still bad? An information would be great. Thanks

I drove up the road from Virgin on Saturday to see how the snow was coming off. I made it just past the big switchback, and then had to turn around in the little canyon. The second gate was about where the snow got bad. I would guess that Kolob will be accessible in 2 weeks.

I went up April 17 then again last friday. Access was up to the second gate and it didn't change in three weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if you can't get to the lake for another 3 weeks, maybe longer if we keep the same weather pattern.
