Barbie pole wins

Finally had a night that the weather, kids, wife and time all came together to let my daughter use her new Barbie pole from Christmas. Just ran up the canyon to Vivian park to feed the fish some power bait as we always get bites but never hook too many of them. My daughter was the only one to land one so we declared her the winner tonight. Her brother could get them all but to shore but then they would get off. I like those kind the best myself as dad just has to put on some more bait and they are on their way again. Nothing to hot just enough bites to keep them going and a great night in the canyon.

Good report. Its always best when the kids open a can of whoop bleep on ol'e dad while fishin'[].
A couple 3 years back my brother and his two grand kids and I hit Current Creek Res.. His granddaughter was fishing with a Tweety Bird pole and bobber soaking a worm and whooped our butts. After she hauled in the 7th or 8th Cuttie guy fishing from a float tube out from where we were setting yelled in and said, "I'll give ya 30 bucks for the Tweety Pole and bobber!". Needless to say she was one proud Tweety Pole owner that day! Good times!

it's always a good time when the kids outfish you. They get one heck of a kick out of it. and it makes Dad . Sound like you had fun.
The Spider-man pole always seems to catch all of the fish when we go out.
