Rainbow Trout Recipes

Hey Guys,

Our little town had a kids' fishing day this weekend. I took my daughter to it and she wound up catching a really big rainbow. I only practice catch and release except for when I am backpacking, so I don't really know how to prepare a fish at home.

I was wondering if any of you guys have any good rainbow trout recipes you would be willing to share.... Thanks
