Bassin on Utah Lake?
#1
I would like to catch some bass at utah lake. I live in Mapleton so Lincoln beach is the closest spot for me, is that a good place for the Largemouth Bass? Also what lures/plastics would work down there? [blush] Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

The harbor @ LB will produce the most for ya! They will be tight up against the bank.

Throw texas rigged Tubes and Zoom Baby Brush Hawgs. Greens & Browns will be the colors. If the wind picks up, throw a chartruese spinnerbait and slow roll that bad boy. In the mornings and just before dark, you can throw a buzzbait for a little surface action. This week will heat things up a bit. Make sure your blades are brass or copper.

Good Luck man!

If LB doens't produce any action for you try and get down to provo boat harbor or lindon boat harbor. Try pitching the docks or any sturctural transitions on the bank with plastic creature baits. If the plastics arent working you might try a shallow running crankbait. Good luck.
