my brother wants me to take him and a friend to strawberry tomorrow. we did alright at deer creek yesterday- as my previous post suggests. my preference is to go back there or try jordanelle. but, i guess ill give them what they want.
has anyone had success there? i usually avoid strawberry until july. what methods/depths/speeds work for trolling in june? anything? thanks in advance. bkidder

troll pop gear with a minnow, NOT a worm and you'll catch plenty. I was up there a week ago and most of the fish were still hanging out in the shallows. We didn't graph any fish out deeper than about 20 feet.

didnt end up going anywhere because of wind/sickness. my brother is pretty sick with the flu. all well- im sorry i couldnt go and gain something to report on. maybe next week! good luck monday!
