Meadow Creek Pond

On the DWR stocking site it mentions Meadow Crk P as a place it has stocked fish in Weber Co. I have never heard of it before and I am from the Ogden area and have been all over Weber County. Does anyone know where it is located? Is it the new pond that was created in Roy?

Meadow Creek pond is located in West Roy. From the freeway head west on 5600 South. Stay on 5600 until you pass Kent's supermarket and take a right on 4300 West. The road sign for 4300 West was missing a few weeks ago but 4300 is just before Freedom Elementary. On 4300 the pond will be either the 2nd or 3rd right. It is just behind the houses on 4300 West. There is a play toy there for the kids and restrooms.
I live nearby and have only fished it once. I was there a few weeks ago with my girls and they decided they would rather play on the slides and bars. I saw decent success for catfish with worms and shrimp.

Thanks, I thought that it might be the one. I used to live just off of 5700 S and 3850 W. The canal ran right behind my house. I wish the pond would have been there when I still lived there, would have been a nice place to take the boys for a quick evening trip. It still isn't that far away though. My son went to Freedom so I know right where to go.
