Fished Utah Lake today with my grandson and Bob. We didn't have a banner day, but we caught enough for two large bags of fillets. Found out that my honey hole on the west side of Utah Lake is history. With the drought years the tamerisk (sp) moved out from where the shore used to be and took over the entire hole. Also, Utah Lake sure has a lot of weeds growing in the water. Also got reminded how long of a boat ride it is from the south and east side to the north and west side -- and to be sure to carry lots of gas.
