New HIV Law (AIDS) Michigan

new law passes in michigan.

it is now a fellony to be intamate with some one if you are positive for HIV and you do not inform your partner, dosent matter what sex....

which means any one visiting from another state and wants to get frendly with some one can be charged and jailed for passing on the virus and extrodited back to michigan for prosicution....

any other states have this law?

and what do you think about this law?

and should this law be expanded to include all intamate frendly transmited cooties?

Personally i like the idea, aids is a nasty nasty virus to me it seems like manslaughter if you infect someone unknowingly and they die as a direct result.

I think that with the abundance of std's in this nation people should only do the sensable thing and let the other person know, expecially if it is a potentially deadly virus.

Unfornatully i can see some left winger throwing a fit and having that law repaeled because of invasion of privacy, it will be interesting to see this go on, if it is mandated in other states, and how it is handled once someone if accused of it.
