pelican lake question???

[]hey i was at pelican lake over the fourth of july weekend and the fishing was great but the moss was getting pretty tall then. i was wondering if anyone has fished it lately and how bad is the moss. also any new reports would be greatly appreciated. thanks trfishin

I haven't fished their for a wile but last year the moss was in mats on top but you could fish the open spots.

I usually use senko's in the green laminate colors, fish the open spots next to the moss beds or in deeper open water, I use top water like a rat or frog or buzz baits along the edges. It's a great time of year for rat fishing.
