Rockport Report w/picts

Well, it's confirmed ... Rockport is cool!
I went up wed morning and we hammered the fish! We must have caught 50 fish! I lost a really big fish right at the boat. The Structure, Campgrounds, Launchramp all are really nice! The water temp was 70 degrees and it was a bit chilly outside. We still caught tons of fish! Most of my fish came on topwater and dropshot. Brent's came on Dropshot. Didn't have to try anything else. They all were working!

I've got to say that you are a better man that I. I never knew there were smallies like that in Rockport. I've fished it several times from my pontoon and all I've ever caught are sub 12"ers. I've never had much of a problem getting into them. I don't think I've ever even seen someone post a report about a fish like that.
