[]fished starvation today. we caught some monster perch, some walleye and a few small mouth. Got blowed off the lake around 1. all on bottom bouncers

How big were the perch? Where were you finding them? I've herd the perch have gotten big there, but they can be hard to find.

[]most of the perch were 11 to 11.5 inches long but really fat. We caught most of them in rabbit gulch in 20 feet of water. Also caught a few in salraidus.

I was at starvation two weeks ago and encountered quite a few of those large DELICIOUS perch down below the bridge ..... I would take a mess of those guys anyday! Also landed a few better-than-Starvation-average walleyes down there along the steep walls on the East side in 30 feet of water. Slip sinkers and nightcrawlers with a green floating jighead - - Starvation is the first lake I have fished where the walleyes definitely seem to prefer green! Headed up there again next weekend (9/10) and hoping for a rare windless day up there!
