South Fork Kicked My Butt
#1
Got up to south fork about 4:30, overcast, slight rain and cool. "Excellent," I thought this should be great. Fished my secret spots using killer caddis, pheasant tails, copper johns, my SOS, x caddis, hare's ear, PMD, Scuds seems like everything. I got one long release in the holes, so I moved up to perception park. I hit a few honey holes there, nothing, nodda, not one small hit. So I went to the holes and peaked in and only spooked one fish, one fish. What is going on? Usually I fishing the mornings, but I have fished in the evenings and done well. Does anyone have some suggestions?

Just sounds like a tough day. This rain in the first we have had in awhile, and it may have knocked a ton of feed into the water for them. They were probably full.

Did you try a hopper and a dropper at all?
