I need some boat parts help

I took the boat I just picked up out for a test run and to make a long story short it got hot and I found pieces of the neoprene impeller in the the sea water tank. What I am looking for is a good place to pick up a new impeller in the Orem provo area for a 140hp 1978 Volvo Penta. I am talking about the neoprene rubber one that goes into the sea water pump on the engine.

p.s. I would also like to know if anyone knows the normal opperating temps for the engine, because I guess it normally runs hotter, but I just want to make sure I am not going to ruin the engine or anything.

I found the part number for the pump on my boat using this web site. [url "http://www.pumpagents.com/"]http://www.pumpagents.com/[/url] I then found the cheapest place to buy is Monroe out of Colorado at 970-263-2219. I checked all the large pump supply house locally, no-one had any in stock but could order it for me.
