Let me guess, Sam Rayburn Lake in Texas!!! I heard there's some good crappie fishing out there. Maybe Pineview, Willard Bay, or Utah Lake!!! Thanks for sharing! Not!!

THE WARM SPRINGS AT LINCON IS WHERE THE BEST BET RIGHT NOW WOULD BE FOR THEM. RIGHT IN THE FIRST SPRING NEXT TO THE DROP BANKS.

[cool][#0000ff]You have to have a boat or tube to get there though. Shore access is iffy, unless you don't mind stepping into holes or off a dropoff.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Last time I fished there, there was no warm spring. The water in the spring was the same temp as the rest of the lake. That was about 3 weeks ago.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Crappies come up into the L and even into the boat launch area. There were quite a few taken around the boat docks last year.[/#0000ff]

Lake Powell! I was down fishing last week and it was phenomenal for the slabs. We stopped and caught some in the back of Cedar Canyon and Bown's Canyon. Find cover and I would bet there are crappie, no matter what the canyon. Fish probably average 10 inches, and we caught several 12-14 inch fish in both locations. Its been a long time since I had crappie fishing that good, with a fish on every drop! Enjoy!

[#ff4040]Don't have to look as far as powell. There are tons at the pumphouse. Went again on Thursday and caught a boatload! Didn't invite any home for dinner this time. It was sure fun on ultra-light tackle though.[/#ff4040]
