[cool]Hey slimerslayer, I just got done posting a long response to your thread here, but for some reason it didn't work after hitting the "post" icon.

So, here's the short version. I live in Layton too and have been up there many times to Hunington. Basically you are looking at a 2.5-3 hour drive depending on how fast/slow you drive and the weather conditions. For example, in the summertime driving 80 mph most of the way, you'd get there in 2.5 hours or so. Right now you are probably looking at 3 hours, maybe more depending on the weather/road conditions. Also, if it's snowing when you head up there, you'd probably better have 4wd/AWD. Good luck on your trip up there and don't forget to let us know how you did!

It normally takes me 1 hour from the mouth of Spanish Fork Canyon. Of course if the weather is bad then it will be longer, a lot longer.

I wish that I would have read this post before I went to Huntington yesterday.
How many of you know that there are TWO Huntington Reservoirs?
I went to the wrong place so my trip fron Roy to the reservoir took 5+ hours.
Don't go to the one by Price and the City of Hungtington.
Why is there two reservoirs with the same name? Someone has a rotton sence of hummor!
