I took a ride up strawberry today also. Arrived at noon and spent a couple hours checking out the ice/water conditions. The wind was blowing pretty good causing snow drifts on the road in many areas. About 2:30 I desided to do alittle fishing so I walked down behind the strawberry lodge and threw some jiggs. Turned out to be a hot spot, caught about 12-15 cutts in three hours from the shore. Fished untill I could not see any longer because of darkness.

Very interesting Mike. You just dangle those pics out in front of a bunch of ravenous wolves! Nice fish though.

Its this dang computer. I don't know what happened to the text. When I am posting it slows down sometimes and I just know I am going to loose everything so I post it just the way it is no matter if I am finished or not. Then I wiil go back and edit.

Stupid computers!

Saw a report that claimed the high temp at the berry today was a whoppin' 6 degrees! That'll cool things off in a hurry.

I was tempted to drive down to mud creek but the road had a slight snow drift over it ad I only had a two wheel drive plus I was afraid that plow would come by and plow the road in. It looked like it was plowed in when I left a 6:00pm but I am sure they will open it back up.

Atta boy, MGB!!! That's always a good spot - even with ice. Since you live in Ogden, let's get together with some of the other area BFTers and hit a few spots this winter. I'll divvy up some $ for gas and/or drive. Just lemme know![blush]
