Two inches of ice in your horse trough? Cool. What town do you live in, or which valley (if you don't want to get too specific)? Two inches of ice in one night is impressive.

I LIVE IN WEST JORDAN AND I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW FAST THE ICE IS FORMING UP THERE IF THE LAKE HAS CAPPED.

Yeah, but the real question is how many fish are there lurking in the bottom of your horse trough?

Two inches huh? That's what I call "safe" ice! Problem is I haven't been able to go fishing for months now because of work, work, work, and research, research, research. But my graduate degree is finally about done!

[cool]Then, I guess I'll plug what I do for a living too, since we're both in a related field (home buying/financing). I'm a L.O. for Home123, and although I just started with them, I've been in and out of the industry for about 8 years now and pretty much know my stuff. We're a non-conforming company so your home buyers with bad credit (down to a credit score in the 500-600 range) can be helped out by me. We have some great 80/20 purchase programs, so if you need a compitent bad credit lender, I'm your guy, and we won't screw your clients with sky high fees like some companies do.

We're a direct lender (not a broker) so approvals are quick with us, and we close loans pretty quickly too (if the borrower cooperates we can get it done in about 7 days) and we're located in Murray. You've probably seen our commercials on tv with Bob Vila. If you send a loan my way, I'll send a buyer yours, and so on. Good luck with your new profession, and good luck out on the waters!!

Send me a pm for more info.

It's a wonderful -13 at Strawberry tonight (11 pm) with still some time to drop. Hard water weather sure is wonderful. People at work think I'm crazy looking like a kid at Christmas when I look at the weather report-- they just don't get it!! [Tongue]

[cool]According to the weatherchannel.com it's 5 degrees here in Layton and it's only just past 11:30. Wonder how cold it will get tonight? We're not even to the coldest part of the night yet (usually around 5:00 a.m.). It's 2 below zero right now in Logan. Should be even colder at Mantua (WEW-HEW!!!). Here little perchie-perchie!!![Wink]

It's -11 here at 7:00. The stoopid weather channel says +16 so I don't know where they are getting their data. I'm 12 miles and 250 - 300 ft above town but never been more than 10 degrees different. The viscosity at the Bear State Marina has got to be getting thick.
