Goin fishin at Da Berry on Monday December 26th, what is some good tackle to take with me?

Last Monday I did good on a green foxy jig tipped with meal worm. Or a white tube jig tipped with half a red shiner.

white and green pattlebugs,whie and green tube jigs with 1/6or 1/8 oz jigheads.whata crickets and buggers in white, green and glow(these are only found at hooked tackle in kaysville).and small ice flies in case they are finnickey.for bait, meal worms, wax worms,and never go to the berry without frozen minnows or chubs,neverrrrrrrr.alot of times ,and as of lately all they will hit on is cut or sometimes whole minnows on jig head.usally later in the season they get picky and want small offering like mealies and waxies .oh yea....dont forget to take a couple of foxy jigs.....hope this will point you i n the right direction.[] good luck.

I will second the suggestions noted earlier, however I would add that you might have to change up to get the fish to hit. If you have a finder, and you notice you are getting a lot of "drive by's", than switch your bait, lure, or both. If you aren't seeing many fish, then move. It doesn't matter what you use if fish aren't around. I've found at the berry that the fish aren't always in the same location. One day you can knock them dead on one spot, and the next you don't see many. So do some experimenting, and remember to have fun.

Another note is if you are having a hard time getting them to bite you need to change the size of your presentation. Sometimes bigger and sometimes smaller. Just play with it untill you find the right combo
