Best Pics of 2005- Post 'em!
#1
Ahhh...it's that time of year again. Time to reminisce about the year past and look forward to the one ahead. Why not share some of that reminiscing with everyone here?

Let's see your best pics of 2005! For some kind of order to the chaos, let's see:

1. Your best fish pic (picture of a fish, you with or fish, etc.)
2. Your best pic of the scenery where you fished (river, forest, lake, etc.)
3. Wild card--one of your favorite pics of whatever!

I'll start it off:

#1- Fish pic
The first pic is of a tiger trout that I caught early this summer. I shared it earlier this year...and Sadly I'm still sworn to secrecy as to the location where I caught it.

#2- Scenery pic
On one hike up the Yellowstone drainage of the Uintas, I woke up with this view. Not bad weather for being a couple days before Halloween. A close second would be the one I use below my name (to the left here <-------------)

#3- Wild Card
Couldn't pick between all my wildflower/fall leaves photos, so I combined my favorites together. A few standouts: a columbine in the Rock Creek drainage, an undetermined wildflower in the Uinta drainage, the banks of Jordanelle.

Post 'em up!

This was easy my best pic of 2005 was a day at Pineview with MGB. I was just thinking I sure had alot of good days on the water in 05 and all most all of them were in MGBs boat.

Bear Lake, West side, headed North to marina from Guss point or rock pile.

Is that the day Old Coot was wave jumping?

I have a few that I really liked this year. Ironically, all of them came from my anual Oregon trip.

1st--Two monster ling cod, one about 50#'s, the other mid 40's.

2nd--Looking out over the back of the boat through the salmon rods.

3rd--JAWS!!!

I would like to tell everyone that the fish in the picture are giant rainbows caught at Strawberry, but they are Idaho Steelhead.

May the 2006 fishing season be as fruitful as 2005!
