Went to Echo today and stopped at the first turnout on the east side. Started fishing at about 7:00 a.m. and finished at 6:00 p.m. My partner didn't make it up so I fished alone and ended up icing 10 bows and long released 2 others, course those 2 were the biggest fish, both around 20. I caught one that was 17 and the rest were 14-15 inches. Used white tube jigs in the morning and white boogers in the afternoon both tipped with crawler. Not real fast fishing but enough to keep me interested. I was in 34 feet of water but the fish were all caught between 12 and 8 feet. I only jigged one up off the bottom all day. There were a few other people there but not many and they didn't stay too long. You just had to be patient and wait for them to cruise by, every time they did they would hit my jig.
