Minnows in Cache Valley?

Is anyone aware of a place to purchase minnows in Cache Valley? I'd like to try soaking a few in the Bear River this spring, but not sure where to get them and I haven't noticed them at any of the sporting goods stores in Logan.

Seen them at Al's ,walmart,Smith's/ F. Myers sometimes. Always at Smith & Edwards
